Sequential charges $30 for 2 chips, and actually shipped them to me 
within 3 days.  On the Rev. D, they are socketed, so you just remove the 
2 chips (upper right of the board) and put the 2 new ones in.  viola, 1 
meg of cache.  I can't comment on the performance, since I have the 
cache, but no RamFAST to test it on yet.  :P
