sim is installed by GNO.  fielder is installed by GSbug.

I don't know precisely what they do, but presumably you'd have
trouble with GNO mulitasking and GSbug debugging if you remove
them.

That's risky, considering international copyright law.  If you want
to be safe, _always_ contact the author.  And if you can't contact
the author, inform your usergroup that the file has an unknown
status wrt copyright.  Please consider that the file may be being
distributed ILLEGALLY via the Internet.
