IF Apple licensed their ROMs in the "standard" way for code, it should be
legal to use the ROM code provided that you own the machine it came out
of and aren't useing the machine and the emulator at the same time.

Think of it as making an archival backup, and useing the backup rather than
the master copy, so the master copy is less likely to get toasted.  :)
