I tried to download it from some of the common apple2 sites, but it was in
3 different files and it might be tricky to get it to work. On my IIe it
did not work, probably because I did not patch the files in a UNIX station.
Hope you find Tetris (gopher.umich.edu or ftp.caltech.edu if I remember?!)
an get it to work...
