   The logic is that if you use your Appletalk network to connect to
other computers, you'll use your Appletalk network to also connect to
other printers. Most Apple printers had Appletalk interfaces, either
built in (most of the LaserWriter family) or optional (Imagewriter).

   If this isn't the case, you could always get a serial switch box
and switch manually.
