Is "GS/TCP" available yet?

	I know this question has been asked to death, but is GS/TCP
with the GNO/ME v2.0.6 bundle shipping yet? The reason I ask is in
less than two weeks, I will be losing my _ONLY_ Internet account, as
the local University refuses any kind of extended "guest" account 
once you've graduated. Unfortunately, in the area where I live, there
is no local Freenet site nor any commercial providers that offer
shell accounts. Unless I have software to that understands how to
deal with SLIP/PPP (what is only available), I will lose my access.

	If GS/TCP is available (I don't even mind purchasing a pre-release)
I would like to know. For the past five years, the Internet has been my
only link to other Apple II users, news and support. I can't imagine what 
it'd be like to be cut-off! :(
