You just don't get it, do you?

First off, it is a criminal offense in California to record telephone
conversations without the permission of all parties involved.

Secondly, perhaps you didn't understand what Officer Taylor of the San
Rafael Police Force told you, so let me elaborate. There is a fine line
between libel and criminal harassment.

Libel, of course, is when you make written false statements about someone
in order to damage their reputation, as you have been doing to me for many,
many years. Libel is a civil matter where the damaged party files a
lawsuit in order to seek a monetary award.

Criminal harassment, on the other hand, can get you arrested. It's when you
make threatening phone calls to someone, and it's when you make threats in
public or even in e-mail.

If you want an example of what a threat might be, go back and re-read your
long and rambling accusations from a year or two ago about how you reported
me to the FBI for breaking into your house undercover of darkness, stealing
a disk that you had sector edited, and then uploading that very disk to the
Internet. You didn't save that? Well I did, and Officer Taylor found it to
be most interesting reading.

It appears that it was the 3rd police report I filed against you in the
past 2-3 years that worked like a charm. As Officer Taylor said to me, no
one should have to put up with groundless and absurd threats year after
year after year.

As Officer Taylor said to you, knock it off and quit your campaign of
harassment and threats. This is the last warning you will receive.

Oh, one last thing in this lesson on the legal system...no one can be held
liable for libel for telling the truth, so quit your ranting and raving
about how you're going to sue me.
