I tried to log on to Genie and did not even like their menu system.
(I was just testing my modem anyway!) I say use your local ISP: If you can
emulate a VT100 then your in. I have 3 ISP providers in victoria for my
Apple ][+ and I can ftp, telnet, lynx, gopher, etc no problems at all, and it
only costs half what genie costs.
I promote our local freenet and our local business's anyway
