Is there a z80 emulator for the II's?

After seeing the motorola 68000 emulator / cross-assembler recently posted
to the binaries group, i was wondering if there was ever a z80 emulator
available for the IIe/IIgs (IIgs preferred). I'm not talking about AE's
z80 cards, or anything hardware related, really; just looking for an emulator
that will run software-wise on a IIgs preferably.

In the same vein, a IIgs assembler/disassembler for z80 code would be
handy, too...

(wishing now that apple's IIgs design which included z80 had really become
reality instead of vapour...)
