System Disk copying

I have a IIGS but my "system disk" is broken. (The disk that contains
the GS/OS. The disk file for this is on the apple ftp site, but how will
I get the file from my linux or dos filesystem onto a 3.5" disk for the
apple? ANy help would be appreciated.
