Gscii

I'm trying to get colorterm.bsq to unzip.  It says I need shrinkit.
I downloaded shrinkit.bsq and supposedly I need GSCII to unencode it, 
but I only find GSCII as an encoded .bsq file to.  How do I upencode it,
shrinkit, and colorterm?  Do I need another program?

PS. Cc me a copy of responses, the A&M news-server is not the most reliable 
news-server on the planet.
PPS. I have downloaded and saved them to disk. I am using a IIGS.  I hope this
is enough information.
