What version of ProDOS are you running? If you are running v2.x you will be
able to access drives that fall off the end of slot 5/2 when running P8 v1.x.

Even under P8 v1.x the following should work:

S5,D1	/HD partition 1
S5,D2	/HD partition 2
S2,D1	/HD partition 3
S2,D2	3.5" floppy

or do you have something else on your smartport as well?
