   You can use a selector box to pick which outputs go to the speakers. It
may be easier to find an inexpensive amplifier or receiver with lots of
inputs and connect your speakers to the outputs of the amplifier.

   No. If they are all connected together there is certain to be some
interference if not actual damage to the circuits.

   You want standard RCA male plugs on the ends you bring out.

   Just go down to your local Radio Shack, or whatever and buy a small
amplifier or a receiver.
