FWIW, Metro Traffic Control does, the largest traffic reporting
firm in the country. The magenta arrow you see on the TV screen
over the traffic map is produced by an Apple ][gs, a video
overlay card, and a laser disk player.

Another interesting tidbit: IBM used them as office systems
while they were developing the first PC.

Most of the users here keep their Apple ][ systems because they
like the operating system (old, but it still has advantages over
DOS/Windows). Plus, many of us cut our teeth on that system.
Although it has only a miniscule chance of happening, I'd like to
see an updated Apple IV be developed -- comparable to today's IBM
compatible systems in horsepower, and with a supercharged version
of the OS we have come to know and love.
