Your best bet might be to ask around for a complete Silent Type w/o the
controller card. There should be some floating around from Apple ///s. I've
got a couple of the Apple II variants with the controller card, but I'm
hording them for a rainy day. heh, heh, I also bought a couple of cases of
paper for them not knowing how long thermal paper in this size will be
around. Definitely a lifetime supply!
