Yep. Took me about three months just to get an RMA (one month of
trying, one month of lying low, and another of trying), and then
another two months to get the goods dispatched. My impression (might
be wrong, of course), was: As long as I emailed them, things went at a
snail's pace. When I phoned them, they'd take a jump, and then settle
down again to a crawl. So, a few strategically placed phone calls to
Veronica (or whatever the name of the woman who answers the phone was)
might help.

BTW, I have a RF ROM 3.01f left, since I ordered one too many. If you
want to can your order to Sequential and buy mine, that would be one
way to go. You're in mainland Europe, aren't you?
