Control-Option-Reset does reboot the computer, but it gives a menu
offering entry to the control panel, two options for restoring default
Control Panel settings, and a "continue rebooting" option.

RavenEwo: if you are just getting an Applesoft prompt "]" when
pressing Control-Option-Reset, then you aren't holding down the option
key long enough. When using Control-Apple-Reset (reboot),
Control-Option-Reset (menu) or Control-Apple-Option-Reset (self test),
always use the following sequence:

1. Press and hold down Control and whichever of the Apple/Option keys
   you want.

2. Press and release the reset key. Keep the Apple/Option keys down until
you hear the computer beep. (You can release the Control key
   immediately.)

If you let go of the other keys too soon, the computer will think you
just pressed Control-Reset, which will usually drop you into BASIC if
you haven't booted yet.
