	You don't say if you still have access to the APIIe. There is a 
commercial program called Crossworks which runs on the PC and uses a null 
modem cable (included) which will transfer the files directly into 
Wordperfect on the PC. If the Applewriter files are in Prodos you should 
be able to take them into Appleworks on the APII and then into the PC via 
Crossworks.
	The other alternative is find someone with a Mac using system 7.5 
and Clarisworks ...the Prodos disks can be read directly by the Mac and 
Clarisworks can read the files and write them out to a MSDOS disk in 
Wordperfect format.
	Of course the real answer is to get rid of the PC and get a Mac 
with Worperfect...then you can read and write to all three platforms and 
more.
