PC program to read 2e disks?

A friend wants to convert a bunch of writing she did in Years Past on
an Apple 2e. She used Apple Works and Apple Writer.

Any suggestions for a PC program or a service bureau that can convert
these into some usable PC format? Right now she's using Word Perfect
5.0.
