I don't remember.  It's been less than a year since the last time I ran 
through it, but to be honest I don't enjoy Cochise as much as I enjoyed 
Quartz.  For me, the game starts to decline in Sleeper (the puzzle 
solving element is fun, and it's a chilling place to be, but there wasn't 
the same intense feeling you get when you're busting up the Courthouse, 
for example).

Anyway, you're not missing much (although Finster's brain is fun.)  He 
only gives you SecPass B at the end (which you already have), and the 
only value to the helicopter is flying it to Cochise, which busts the 
hell out of the robots on the outside and drops you on the roof of the 
dome so it's easier to get in.
