Judging by your description in another followup in this thread:

I'd say that your power supply may be overloaded (especially with the
hard drive), but more importantly, you are likely to have a serious
problem with heat.  Apple's recommendation is that if you have two or
more cards installed, you should have a fan of some kind.

I'd recommend a heavy-duty power supply, or moving the hard drive into
an external case (separately powered).
