XCmdMaker 1.2

I've just posted version 1.2 of my XCmdMaker stack for HyperCard IIgs
to comp.binararies.apple2 and to ftp.cco.caltech.edu.

XCmdMaker can create XCMD/XFCN code resources if you do not have
another resource utility (or would like one that works within
HyperCard).  It doesn't assist with actually writing the XCMD/XFCN.

XCmdMaker also provides several other resource management functions:
copying, deleting, renaming and setting the ID.


Version 1.0 has been around for about four years.  I never posted
version 1.1.  In version 1.2, I've completely redone the user
interface (it now supports having a card for each stack you regularly
work with, for example), and fixed several bugs.

XCmdMaker is DonationWare (FreeWare unless you want to give me
money.)  :-)


If there is interest, I also have a library and header file I wrote to
allow all of the HyperCard IIgs XCMD/XFCN callbacks to be called from
an XCMD/XFCN written with ORCA/C 2.0 or later.  Without library glue
code, it is not possible to call the functions that return a string
(e.g. BoolToStr), because they use a non-standard method to pass the
return value.  This only affects about eight of the callbacks.
