Error $110B means "Load segment is foreign". This probably means that
the file is damaged in some way.
The most likely cause: you have downloaded a copy of GSHK (the IIgs
version of ShrinkIt) that was encoded with BinSCII, and have decoded
it using GSCII+. GSCII+ has a bug when decoding BinSCII files: it
rounds the file size up to the next multiple of 48 bytes. This
isn't a problem for most file types, but GS/OS applications must have
the length exactly right, or the IIgs System Loader thinks there is a
damaged segment on the end of the file and will not let you load it.

If it is GSHK, then your system is definitely too old. GSHK is a
self-extracting archive, and to extract it (or to use GSHK once it is
extracted) you need System 5.0.4 or later.

It could be a power or noise problem, causing memory corruption only
while the printer is on. It might also be something like a buggy
driver being loaded at startup time which is trying to talk to the
printer, but only if it is online.
