US/Intl Apple //e's

The are two major differences between the US and international versions of the 
Apple //e:

1) Support for PAL video circuitry (I believe that this was the reason behind
the layout difference, but I can't a magazine article quickly that 
specifically compares US/Intl versions.)
2) Support for non-US keyboard layouts/character (video) generation
