It's the Shareware Solutions II Home Page that has moved. The new URL is:

If you access the old SSII Home Page at Ohio State, you'll automatically
be linked to the new server. That'll work for the next 2 months.
 
I have some plans to rework the home page, but that'll have to wait until
after the next issue of SSII is mailed. So for now, please consider the
home page to be "under construction, but the construction crew went on
vacation."
