There's a freeware program on the ftp sites called unimage (or deimage,
I can't remember which one - one writes the whole disk, and one lets
you get individual DOS3.3 files.)  It is somewhat buggy, but I was 
able to get some results with it.  BTW, it's an Applesoft program with
some M/L routines.
