I still had the old manual lying around somewhere (no card, just the manual)
which contained the "supposely" complete source code listing for the display
driver.

In all honesty it probably isn't  worth the trouble however. You can probably
pick up a Videx VideoTerm / clone card for about $5-$10 over the net, and you
will get better software support than Sup'R Term. .
