Sup'R'Terminal info wanted

While looking through some of the piles of 'junk' here, I found
a Sup'R'Terminal card.  I seem to recall this was an early
80-column card, which could be auseful addition to my ][+  -- but
I think it needs some driver software (the 'firmware' EPROM seems
to only contain character bitmaps.

Can anyone provide a diver (for DOS 3.3 and/or UCSD Pascal)?  Any
info on settings/options would be helpful, too.
