sider hard drive

Well I have this problem with this drive and hope someone can help me. I 
aquired this drive about a week ago and the only way I could use it is 
plug the card into slot 6 and access it that way. But yesterday I got a 
funny clicking sound out of the Sider and have not figured out what it 
is. The Sider won't operate so it looks like its something internal so if 
someone who has had this same problem or who know what is wrong please 
leave me a message here.
