Most modems will respond to a series of commands such as AT to get it's
attention, D to dial (add a T for touch tone phones) followed by the
number you want to dial.
So in this case type in "ATDT1234567" (substitute the right phone number
for those numbers). Also "AT Z" should reset the modem to the factory
default settings, I think!
