Spectrum Help.

A good buddy of mine bought Spectrum 2.0 and the Talking Tools.

He wants me to find out how in the world they can interface with
each other to have Talking Tools 'say' everything that goes on
in an IRC chat. I have gotten the tools to work on his machine,
and using ext speech 2 'whatever' I have been able to have spectrum 
talk back........but I'm wondering how to get raw incoming
lines from sprectrum into Talking Tools.
