There is another treatment for this problem.  Xerox makes a kit called the
Rubber restorer which is a spray treatment for the same rollers.  They use
it for the same problem in their copiers and laser printers.  I would
however like to find out more about this free roller reconditioning kit
and how do I get one?  I have access to Macs and IBM clones so I will just
plug my printer into one of those duffers.  I'm sure you could find an
acquaintance that has one too and use it for the reconditioning
treatment.  Can you give us a contact number, name, etc...?  Thanks for
the post.
