Well, every issue of the newsletter I write/publish - Shareware Solutions
II - contains lots of info about using an Apple II on the net...
You didn't say which program you use to access the net, nor which version
of lynx, and that's very important.
When one of the more recent versions of lynx was installed on my site, I
had to make some changes to my Proterm Preferences to get the links to
become highlighted only when my cursor landed on those links. With the
version of lynx that I'm currently using, I have Reverse, and only
reverse, set up as an attribute to display in Inverse.
I've heard that some people actually prefer to see all the links on a
page dislayed in Inverse. If you prefer it that way, start up lynx with
the -show_cursor modifier (lynx -show_cursor) and then the link your
cursor is on will flash.
It's a matter of personal preference.
