Whoa! GSCII+ doesn't support shrinking and unshrinking. It only does
binary-to-ASCII and ASCII-to-binary conversions (BinSCII, UUENCODE,
BinHex, APack).
The only programs on the IIgs that support Shrinking/Unshrinking are
GSHK, ShrinkIt, IIPlus.Shrinkit, IIPlus.Unshrink, Unshrink (Auto
Unshrink), Yankit (shell), Nulib (assuming there is a IIgs port),
Timeout Shrinkit, GS+'s "Balloon" Finder Extension, and their new
"Balloon" NDA. There may be some other lesser ones, but that is all I
know of.
