Need Help with AE PC Transporter

I am using an upgraded IIGS with an AE PC Transporter card.

I am using 2 Apple 3.5" drives.  One is attached to the drive
port on the Apple, the other is attached to the PCT.  I am trying
to transfer files from ProDOS to MS-DOS using the included
TRANSFER.EXE program.  However, when I use the ProDOS commands
to show volumes mounted, it will only show my ram drive and ignore
the ProDOS disk in the drive UNLESS that disk happens to be the
PCT boot disk.

The setup for the system is as follows:

A:  Apple 3.5" Disk
B:  ProDOS Drive
C:  MS-DOS Hardrive (the system file).

I haven't actually tried to transfer the files using the command line.
I have been trying to use it interactively.  Since I can't see the 
volume mounted, I can't (I don't think) transfer the files to my MS-DOS
disk.

Can anyone out there shed some light on this and give me a hand?
