I'm having a similar problem.  My GS's "Translation" frequently changes
itself from "Standard" to "None"...what could do this?  Maybe a demo
that steps on a BRAM location?  This happens 'bout once a month...

Well, I've installed the Localizer German & French; maybe that'll get
things back into wack again :)

Monster thanks to everybody out there on comp.sys.apple2.*  Y'all have
been very helpful in the last few years.  Apple II Forever!
