If it means anything, and it probably doesn't :), there is
a BBS called Microfone Multiline in Metuchen, NJ at 908 494 3666
that carries the Apple Fido (at least it did a few months ago
when I checked).  It's a 12-line PC system, and there were several
Apple II people on there (a few from japan, etc).  Tom Larson
(the QWK king) is/was on the Fido, I recall.
