Definitely not.

The Unidisk 3.5 is a "smart" device.  There is a microprocessor and memory
inside the drive.  The computer sends commands to the drive, and the drive's
microprocessor does the actual disk I/O.

Mac 3.5-inch drives (all models) are "dumb" devices.  There is no
microprocessor inside, and the host computer is responsible for doing the
disk I/O all by itself.

The Liron card ONLY knows how to handle the Unidisk 3.5.  Connecting a Mac
drive (ANY Mac drive) to it is asking for trouble.
