No, this is an issue that involves the entire apple2 community.

For several years, Dr. Tom has been, essentially, defrauding us.
Most of us knew this already. From the "VAMPS 3D Sound" disks which are
nothing but sector edited NoiseTracker music to OmniPaint, which was a
hacked up copy of Platinum Paint, any software bearing the 1WSW/OSRL/Dr.
Tom name has been nothing but someone else's hard work edited to give
credit to those who don't deserve it. Dr. Tom also falsely claims some
sort of copyright to NTGS, which is totally void, since the FTA released
it as freeware.

Ian's generous release of the _also public domain_ NTGS
sources must've angered Dr. Tom, since now we all could produce obvious
forgeries such as his. In retaliation, Dr. Tom produced a very simple
disassembly (read: not actual source code, but a source generated from
an executable, usually illegal) and uploaded it to grind using the name
of another respectable member of the GS world, Dave Huang.

Anyone with even half a clue about 65816 assembly can recognize
these so-called sources as crude disassemblies and therefore illegal.
If grind continues to distribute these files it is in blatant violation
of copyright laws. Since I was not involving in producing these programs,
I have no ground on which to take legal action; but the authors (Ian, Rich,
and James) certainly can and will.
