If you don't have an extended kbd, and aren't anything of a hardware
hacker, forget it. According to my notes, F13==PrintScreen== keypad-i.
So, if something knows about this key, it looks for an 'i', but checks
the key modifiers to see if the key is on the 'keypad' (or for a better
name, non-main keyboard). If you can rig up something that makes the
system think that the keys are coming from the keypad, and hit the 'i'
key on a regular keypad, programs that know what they're looking for will
think you hit F13. Others (basic, etc) will think you just hit 'i'.

As to the rest of the keys, here's what my table says:
F13 (print scrn) Keypad-i
F14 (scroll lock) Keypad-k
F15 (pause) Keypad-q
Help (ins) Keypad-r
Home Keypad-s
Page Up Keypad-t
[X> (Del) Keypad-u
End Keypad-w
Page Down Keypad-y

On some of these keys, there is a second function printed on
it. That's it. It's just printed there. Holding down any form of
combination won't change its keycode above; programs will have to
sense that you're doing something special. That's why the 'Clear' key
can have the 'numlock' printed on it, and unless it's programmed
differently (silly MicroSloth Word & Excel on the mac co-opted a fine
function, Clear, and turned that key into a numlock).

So, to answer your original question, without having those keys
to physically hit, there's almost no chance that you'll be able to
fake a hit.
