Apple ][ emulator for mac- "forever"

There was a post in either comp.sys.mac.announce or c.s.m.digest a couple
of weeks ago concerning some sort of conference of hackers.  It mentioned
that some of the hackers who were there developed an Apple ][ emulator
which they dubbed, appropriately, "Forever".  This emulator runs on the mac.
Does anyone know if "Forever" is available anywhere on the 'net?  If you
