Apple II sites

A month or two ago, someone posted a ^very^ informative message that
included several (if not all) internet sites that contained apple2
goodies.  At the time I was not on the net and am now regretting that I
didn't copy that message and save it for future use.  If the person who
posted that message/doc is reading this, I would appreciate it if you
would please send it my way.  I'm new to the net and would certainly
benefit from any pertinent information.  Thanks in advance.
(Of course, if anyone else has the doc, please post it here - or reach
 me at my email address)

P.S.  Are there any files out there that would allow my //c to make the
      most out of my internet connection?  (UU-encoding/decoding
      software and a mail reader would be a nice start)  Thanks.
