TimeOut FAX thing for AW4.0?

Anyone know if the supposedly-soon-to-be-released TimeOut FAX program to 
run under AW 4.0 is close to shipping?  Has anyone out there beta-tested 
it yet ?  Is it send-fax only (as I'd expect)?  Thanks for your interest.
