I'm taking the unprecidented step on this day, April 1, 1994, to announce that
I as President have added a small section to this year's budget, which imposes
a $100 tax on the disks known as "NoiseTracker VAMPS". Possession of these
disks automatically subjects one to the tax. Attempts to avoid paying up will
be caught by our special satellite tracking network which can detect 4D audio
and the cosmic tones "AHM" and "HMM" from hundreds of miles in orbit.
