Just a couple of minor revisions...
The original, non-Autostart Apple ][ displayed a screenfull of random 
characters (usually NORMAL question-marks with a few flashing ones and other 
random characters thrown in), beeped, and provided you with a monitor ("*") 
prompt at the bottom of the screen.

The Original ROM ][e displays "Apple ][", not "APPLE ][".

I thought the IIc displayed "Apple //c" from the beginning, but I could be 
wrong...
And I thought the IIgs displayed "Apple IIgs" at the top of the screen, with a 
copyright notice and ROM version number near the bottom of the screen.  Again, 
I could be mistaken...

I have used every variety of Apple ][ except the ][c, ][c+, Apple /// emulation
mode, and Macintosh LC ][e card.  But I only own the unenhanced ][e.
