I apologize for the mistake of not including the word "has" at the end of my
closing sentence, but it appears you grokked my meaning, regardless.

Now, I realize you are a Publisher, not an Editor, but I was under the 
impression that you now send each issue to someone else for proofreading --
I would call that person an Editor (and a good one, based on the results),
but perhaps you decline to favor him/her with such a label and instead refer
to him/her simply as a Proofreader.  My point stands...II Alive has no such
person, and they need one badly.
