Appletalk lag time

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has experienced a lag time of about 30 secs when
booting up.  I see my inits loading along the bottom of the screen and then
my appleshare icon appears.  Then there is no disk access, but the thermometer
keeps going and after about 30 seconds the disk becomes active and my finder
comes up.  

I don't see any specific setting that could cause this.  Other than this
I have no problems.  I have a ZipGS and my I set the Appletalk delay on.

Running System 6.01 on ROM 01 GS
