I have two sets of source code for Apple IIe emulation. both are written
and tweaked for MS-DOS clones. If you were fanatical about it i could try
to rumage around my storage looking for them. One was so complete it have
video, game ports, floppy i/o, etc done. Neither was as good as "Mac+II"
and "II in a Mac" the old commercial programs. The source is PD I assume.
I never explored its use much, but I wish "II in a Mac" was revived and
updated heavily, then none of us would need to explore writing an emulator.
