The Apple IIe software emulator was called II in a Mac.  It ran rather
slowly but did handle all of AppleWorks 2.x (or was it 3.0?) with ALL of
the TimeOut modules attached!  I never tried using it with graphics.. 
The interface was, as I remember, a picture of a IIe with various drives
(3.5" and 5.25"), single or doubl, that you preselect.  Then you boot
the program off the floppy and, viola - it's a IIe!  It may run a bit
faster on the Centris, I ran it on an SE.
