Since slot 6 is empty+"your card", the bytes at $00/C6xx are undefined. 
Sounds like you got "lucky" during the PR#6 and flew right through to
$C700, where it booted slot 7.

You -should- be able to boot the Disk II card just fine (by typing the
slot number it's actually in).  Note that the cart must be in slot 4, 5,
6, or 7 to run at speeds higher than 1 MHz.  (That is, if you put it in
1, 2, or 3, you must run at "Slow" speed to use the Disk II card.)
